Phystone was incorporated in Bahrain in 2006 to serve as an investment banking advisory boutique. We have a very strong presence in the Middle East and focus mainly on servicing GCC Corporates on financial and operational restructuring.

Phystone answers the needs of increasingly sophisticated investors, and develops a gateway between Saudi and the MENA region with blue chip Middle Eastern institutional investors to create a unique financial services organisation.

We assist Corporate Organizations to build, grow and remain competitive. We advise companies on their valuations, building their sales, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, launching IPOs, improving their productivity and increasing their bottom line.

Phystone also provides specialized investment banking and corporate finance advisory services to various international financial institutions as well as a host of institutional and individual investors from Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.   In all of its operations, Phystone attempts to develop synergies between the markets it operates in, by accessing the Saudi market to Gulf region clients while offering professional advice and a gateway to Europe to its MENA institutional clients.

Phystone is headquartered in Bahrain and is in the process of establishing offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Phystone is in the process of making a foray in to the booming South-Asian markets.
